Incidents
When we become aware of a customer-impacting incident, we post a summary on this page and notify affected organisations by email where we have contact details. For urgent production issues, email info@prebodigital.co.za with subject Adsynth production incident and include your organisation name, approximate start time, and any request IDs or error text.
