Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the Adsynth platform (“Service”) operated by Prebo Digital. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can use the Service for the stated trial period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected. We will make the trial length and start-of-billing date clear at sign-up.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing cycle, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we may retry, downgrade, or suspend access until payment succeeds.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing area or by emailing info@prebodigital.co.za. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.
4. Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods or unused time. Where mandatory consumer protections apply to you — including the South African Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act — nothing in this policy limits those rights.
If you believe you were charged in error, or there was a material failure of the Service, contact us within 14 days at info@prebodigital.co.za and we will review your case in good faith.
5. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ advance notice (by email or in-product notice). If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Discontinuation by us
If we discontinue the Service or a paid feature you have prepaid for, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused amount for the affected period.
