AI Transparency & Disclosure

Adsynth (“Service”), operated by Prebo Digital, uses artificial intelligence to help you analyse advertising data and draft recommendations, reports, and content. This page explains how AI is used, its limits, and what we expect from you. It supplements our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. How we use AI

  • Routing your requests to specialist assistants (e.g. Search, PMax, account, reporting).
  • Generating insights, summaries, drafts, and suggested actions from connected account data.
  • Helping you author campaigns, copy, and reports that you review and approve.

2. Model providers

We use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) to run model inference. Your prompts and relevant context are sent to these providers to generate responses, subject to your consent settings. As set out in our Privacy Policy and DPA, we do not use your Customer Data to train our own foundational models, and we contract with providers on terms intended to prevent training on your business data.

3. Accuracy and limitations

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not unique to you. It can “hallucinate” facts or figures. You must independently verify output before relying on or acting on it, and you remain responsible for your advertising decisions and for compliance with platform policies and applicable law. Do not treat output as professional (legal, financial, medical) advice.

4. Human oversight and high-impact decisions

Actions that change live advertising accounts are subject to your permissions and, where configured, approval steps — a human remains in control. You must not use AI output to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review, and you must not present AI-generated content as human-authored where that would be misleading.

5. Your inputs

You are responsible for the prompts, files, and data you submit, and for having the rights and consents to share them. Do not submit special or sensitive personal information, or third-party data, without a lawful basis.
