Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of our Terms of Use and governs your use of the Adsynth platform (“Service”) operated by Prebo Digital. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone. Breaching this AUP may lead to suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, or infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Create, promote, or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising or content.
  • Generate or distribute malware, phishing, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited communications.
  • Promote illegal goods or services, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or exploitative.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation or AI-generated output as human-made where misleading.
  • Upload personal information you have no lawful basis to share, or special/sensitive categories of data without a valid basis.

2. Platform and security integrity

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, or circumvent rate limits, approvals, or other protections.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, or extract data except through features we expressly provide.
  • Do not reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product or model.

3. Advertising platform compliance

When you connect and operate accounts on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, Shopify, GA4, Search Console, and others), you must comply with each provider’s terms, advertising policies, and API usage policies. You are responsible for the lawfulness and policy-compliance of campaigns, creative, targeting, and changes you make or approve through the Service.

4. Responsible use of AI features

AI output can be inaccurate. You must review output before acting on it and must not rely on it as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice. Do not use AI features to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected abuse or security issues to info@prebodigital.co.za. We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. We will act proportionately and, where practicable, give notice.
