Affiliate & Partner Terms

These terms will govern participation in any Adsynth referral or affiliate program operated by Prebo Digital (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). They are published so partners know what a future program will cover. No public affiliate or referral program is live until we say so in writing. Until then, these terms are a placeholder and do not create a commission, partnership, or agency relationship.

1. What these terms will cover

When a program launches, the published terms will include:

• Eligibility and how to apply or be invited.
• Commission structure, cookie or attribution window, and payment terms.
• Permitted and prohibited promotional practices, including a prohibition on bidding on Adsynth’s own trademarks in paid search without our written permission.
• Required disclosure of the affiliate relationship to your audience.
• Our right to suspend or terminate a partner’s participation for breach.

2. No current program

Commission rates, cookie windows, and payout mechanics will be finalised and published here before any affiliate program is launched publicly. Until that happens, informal introductions or “Partners” enquiries do not entitle anyone to a fee.
