Working at Adsynth
We are a Johannesburg-based agency with a strong product engineering culture. Team members split time between client delivery (media strategy, optimisation, reporting) and platform work (Adsynth: FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, ML pipelines, and Google Ads API integrations). We value ownership, clear writing, and respect for advertiser data.
Open disciplines
We regularly look for talent in these areas — even if a role is not listed on a job board, we still want to hear from you:
- Performance marketing: Google Ads specialists (Search, PMax, Shopping, Video) with agency experience and strong QA habits.
- Full-stack & platform engineering: TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, OAuth, background workers, observability.
- Applied ML & data: time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, evaluation rigour, and responsible use of LLMs in production.
- Customer success: onboarding, training, and technical account management for agencies adopting Adsynth.

Location & flexibility
Core roles are anchored at our office in Ruimsig, Johannesburg (Office Park Block A, Unit 17, Van Hoof Street Willowbrook, Ruimsig). Hybrid arrangements may be available for experienced contributors; eligibility depends on role and security requirements for client data.
